1. Your spreadsheet
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), OpenDocument (.ods) or CSV. The first row holds the column names: each one becomes a {{Column name}} field.
You can fix any value directly in the table.
2. The template
Page and font
Sender, recipient, subject
Logo and scanned signature
A Word document (.docx) where you typed the fields between double braces, e.g. {{First name}} {{Last name}}. Classic Word merge fields («Name») are recognised too. The tool produces one .docx per row with your formatting kept. It does not convert to PDF.
3. File names and checks
Each file name can be edited in the table. Click a number to show that row in the preview.

Frequently asked questions
How do I mail merge Excel to separate PDFs without Word?
Drop the spreadsheet, pick a preset (letter, certificate, notice, label), click the fields to insert them, check each row in the preview, then download a ZIP with one PDF per row, named with your pattern, plus one combined PDF for printing.
My Word template uses «Name» merge fields. Does it work?
Yes. Classic Word merge fields and {{Field}} placeholders are both filled, and you get one .docx per row with the original formatting. The tool does not convert .docx to PDF: use the built-in template for PDFs.
Why were my {{FirstName}} fields not replaced with other tools?
Word often splits typed text into several internal pieces, so "{{First" and "Name}}" end up apart and search-and-replace fails. This tool joins the pieces in each paragraph before replacing, keeping the formatting.
Does it send the emails?
No. It produces the files and a CSV sending list that pairs each person's email address with their file name, for use with your own email client.
What does it cost?
Every row can be previewed before you pay, and downloads are free up to 5 rows. Beyond that, $4.99 unlocks the tool for 24 hours or
